Staffing your exhibit is an important element of booth planning. Fortunately, getting your staff registered and securing your room block won't be as complicated as deciding who is on the travel team.
Register Booth Personnel
To receive your complimentary Full Exhibitor and Booth Staff Registrations, you must login to the exhibitor dashboard.
Exhibitor Badge Allotment and Cost
Exhibiting companies are allocated two (2) complimentary, full registrations for booth personnel and two (2) complimentary exhibits booth staff registrations per 10' x 10' exhibit space.
Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for booth personnel only. Exhibit personnel who are above the number of complimentary badges allotted for your booth space can purchase additional badges. The cost for an additional full registration is the same as attendee pricing. The cost for additional booth staff registration is $300.
*If you have lost your badge or left your badge at the hotel, it will cost $25 to reprint a new badge.*
All registrants are required to wear the official conference badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and technical sessions. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at ALL times.
