  • June 1, 2022 - Initial 50% Booth Payment Due
  • September 30, 2022 - Final Payment Due
  • October 2022 - Exhibitor Registration Opens
  • October 2022 - Exhibitor Service Kit Opens
  • December 5, 2022 - January ShowGuide Deadline
  • January 6, 2023 - February ShowGuide Deadline
  • January 6, 2023 – Credit Card Payment Required for Booth Space
  • January 18, 203 - Deadline for inclusion in the onsite program

*If you purchase exhibit space after January 6, 2023 your company will not be included in the onsite program, but your company will be included in the conference mobile app and the interactive floorplan.

 

 
 
 
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

SME has received severalreports that wholesalers have been contacting attendees and exhibitors offeringdeals on hotels for the conference. While it is not illegal for a travel firmor booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult todetermine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt foralternatives to the SME negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. SMEreminds attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these hotel room brokers.
